– Dinner: 200 g boiled beef, a cup of yogurt.
Day 3 and day 8
– Breakfast: grilled zucchini, apple.
– Lunch: 100 g boiled beef and fruit.
– Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 200 g boiled beef, salad of fresh cabbage.
Day 4 and day 9
– Breakfast: Black coffee.
– Lunch: 1 soft-boiled egg, 3 large boiled carrots, 15 grams hard cheese.
– Dinner: fruit.
Day 5 and day 10
– Breakfast: fresh carrot, lemon juice.
– Lunch: fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice without salt.
– Dinner: fruit.
Day 6 and day 14
– Breakfast: Black coffee.
– Lunch: half of boiled chicken, salad of boiled cabbage or carrots with vegetable oil.
– Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, vegetable salad.
Day 7 and day 12
